Frank & Eileen is looking for ……….

•   A candidate who can work in a fast-paced environment and execute tasks both quickly and efficiently while anticipating the needs of others
•   A highly personable candidate who can easily hold conversations with all types of customers and leave them with a pleasant and positive experience, not just of the product, but of their personalized customer service
•   The ability to handle customer problems and complaints efficiently and gracefully
•   The ability to provide support with showroom maintenance, preparation for market weeks, managing samples, office errands, photoshoots, sample sales, and events
•   Strong attention to detail and presentation (must be able to create beautiful packages for customers, VIPs, and gifting purposes)
•   A self-starter that can remain highly organized, reliable, and articulate

Qualifications:
•   Strong retail and customer service experience, preferred
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills on all platforms (email, phone, chat)
•   Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and with all things digital
•   Highly adaptable and excellent at balancing shifting priorities
•   Highly adept at changing tasks with grace, while making each customer feel valued
•   Quickly able to learn full product line and understand silhouettes and fit
•   Comfortable using ladders and doing occasional heavy lifting
•   Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
•   Ability to work well in a team environment

Required Education
•   Bachelor’s degree in a creative or business field

Bonus Points…
•   Familiarity with Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms
•   Knowledge of Olark, or other customer chat service
•   Experience with customer service for other DTC brands

ShopShops hosts carry out our livestream events, connecting with customers in real-time, acting as stylists and buyers as they demonstrate and select products for purchase.  Job Responsibilities: ·    Host on camera live-streaming events from stores in the LA area. ·    Event preparation: conduct walk-through of the store prior to the event to test the wifi and preview the collection. Pre-select inventory to feature during the livestream event and communicate your event plan ("run of show") with our Beijing team.  ·    Learn the ShopShops backend system, to pre-upload inventory for our events.  ·    Address customer questions and comments during the livestream. ·    Assist the team with the sales and data report after the event.
